This year's theme is Rockin' and Rollin' Through Leadership: Take the Stage. With this theme, we aspire to create a unique conference experience using the individuality of music as a guide. With this theme, our goal is to create an energetic environment where leaders are able to realize their potential and express their passions for the purpose of improving themselves and their community. Themed centrally around the impact that music has had on our world and the people behind it, our goal is to have everyone step onto the stage of life and take the lead. We are committed to providing the experiences and empowerment to take the anxiously awaiting microphone and lead the world in one hell of a ballad. Our ballad expressed in music, science, politics, or community is what we will unleash for the world. We believe that everyone has a world changing ballad within them.
