 Each region will be responsible for creating a music video to introduce them to the conference. - There is a 5-minute limit per region; however, more than one song can be used during this time period. - It must be on one (1) DVD. - The region must have the rights to use the song(s). - The region may have a dance routine to accompany the music video as long as it is safe and appropriate; however, this is optional. This dance routine must be done in place. No on-stage appearances will be allowed due to time constraints. - Songs for roll call will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis on song and artist selection. - There music must not contain any vulgar sexual references or obscene language (curse words, racist or sexual phrases, inappropriate actions, etc.). - The region must be incorporated into the music video. - Have fun and let loose!! Judging Criteria for Roll Call - Unity - Does the roll call incorporate all aspects that make the region unique? (Including other regions does not affect the region's points.) - Participation - Is the entire region participating? - Theme - Is the conference theme included? - Preparedness - Is the roll call organized well and rehearsed? Is the video ready when the conference begins? - Motivation - Is the roll call exciting, original, and devoid of inappropriate language and references? Spirit Point Allocation
