 Hello!Volunteers is so excited about the opportunity to work with 150-300 amazing people who are thrilled about staying at Oklahoma State University and helping us put together the NACURH conference! We are looking for volunteers in students from Oklahoma State, local communities and delegate universities and are excited about getting the chance to meet and work with all of these communities!Areas of ServiceThere are many ways in which people can become involved with Volunteers for NACURH!Security/TransportationIn this committee volunteers will be involved in helping transportation to and from Tulsa and Oklahoma City airports, along with working with the Security committee to provide a safe and happy environment here on campus!EntertainmentVolunteers in this committee will be involved in set up of entertainment activities such as concerts, dances, games nights, and movies!HousingIn this committee volunteers will be assisting housing directors in distributing door decorations, and room amenities before and after the conference.Banquet/HospitalityVolunteers will assist this committee in setting up for the banquet dinners!FacilitiesIn this committee volunteers will be directing delegates where to go on campus and chalking the ground before the conference!Mass GatheringsVolunteers will assist in setting up opening and closing ceremonies!TrainingThere will be a training session held 2 days prior to the conference for those who can attend; information will be provided on the website for those who cannot attend.CompensationEach volunteer will have some form of compensation. This will differ in who and how the volunteer helps with the conference! All volunteers will be provided a t-shirt and name tag!!!Oklahoma State University students, staff, & faculty- food while volunteering, also housing will be provided if NOT already living on campus for those who would like to stay on campus.
